From the dream of a young boy to a team of skilled craftspeople working from our workshop in the scenic hills of the Peak District, our passion for preserving history and heritage has only grown. Sam Salthouse
Sam founded our business in 2012 and with over a decade of experience in stonemasonry there isn’t much he doesn’t know about stone. He loves the stuff! He probably has the strongest forearms on these shores and constantly looks for ideas to utilise this, tooling up creative stone features and pushing boundaries from design to install.
James Elliott
James has worked multiple jobs in his career. Picking up skills from service based roles, business development roles but for the most part manual labour is where he has found his joy. Always up for a chat, and constantly aiming to take creative ideas and make them into reality. Also, who knew one man could love picking up such heavy materials so much?
Greg Elliott
Where do we start with Gregory? How about no one (not even himself) knows his actual age. He is an enigma. Came from a distant land to revolutionise the thinking and practices of our business. You’ll struggle to find a man with a broader knowledge base. And you’d be really pressed to find someone who undertakes any task with such energy and open mindedness.
